All new Product release of diaphragms for All Nation passenger cars or F3/F7 A/B Units. Diaphragms aka bellows are accordion-like, a pleated expandable/contractible part. Diaphragms sold in the past were similar to paper based kraft paper and the properties were not exactly ideal. Over time the diaphragm may stay compressed requiring replacement.
Our newly engineered diaphragms were developed in CAD software and printed in our special semi-foam like filament to be ultra thin and flexible such that the expansion or contraction between passenger cars does not interfere with the operation of the car. These will not deform or remain compressed with age.
Tall Common Standard style.
Includes enough parts to install Diaphragms on 1 passenger car. (2 bellows & 2 strikers)
Easily attaches with glues such as CA, Elmers, or Walthers Goo.
Sold straight off the Prusa 3D printer. Some clean up may be required.
