About this product:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Scale Craft beginners kit is based off our our original reference model in our collection. Approximately replicated from the castings and 3D printed, this great starter kit is for the beginner O Scale model railroader. Some build plate material, brim and thread cleanup may be required before starting the assembly. <\/span><\/p>\n

Skills to be acquired include fitting the parts, squarely gluing the floor, sides, ends, drilling and tapping, as well as process order of assembly and painting. These parts provide the basic superstructure from which to customize for the specific road being modeled for detailing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parts are printed in ABS or PLA and may come in various colors. Original Scale Craft instructions are included below for downloading.\u00a0 These instructions provide suggested ways to assemble originally drawn up in April, 1938 and later revised in 1941.\u00a0 A classic car for your layout and model collection.<\/span><\/p>\n

The parts in this kit can be either PLA or ABS.\u00a0 Sold as is straight off the Prusa Printer built plate. PLA is not dishwasher safe and may deform in a hot automobile in the summer time as it has a relatively low glass-transition temperature between 50 and 80 \u00b0C<\/b> and a melting temperature between 170 and 180 \u00b0C<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
