For Sale:<\/b> End, PLA, Sub, CB&Q Caboose #6102 pair – one end WITH WINDOW\u00a0 and one end WITHOUT window and Doors #3168 including skins for the car end to be laminated to the Sub Car Ends. From our original reference model, I created the car ends to replace the wooden ones that came with the kits years ago. Sometime the caboose had a window and this kit provides that to the modeler.<\/span><\/div>\n

The wooden ends doorways were ever so slightly off center. This has been corrected via recreation in the CAD program. The skins are a replacement from what wood have been scribed wood siding and should be laminated to the sub end parts. The door is a replicate from the original diecast doors and I think it is a much cleaner detail part then the castings both in terms of sharp trim and smooth surfaces.<\/span><\/div>\n

Some clean up and removal of printer built plate brims may be required.<\/span><\/div>\n

I will be making a rather large number of documents and comprehensive prototype blueprints available on my web site for reference purposes. This aids if the modeler wants to super detail the model to exacting standards. We will be using the original part numbers as found in the old All Nation catalogs to make it easier to reference sub-assemblies that went into the kit boxes.<\/span><\/div>\n

Sold as is straight off the Prusa Printer built plate, all sales final no returns. PLA is not dishwasher safe and may deform in a hot automobile in the summer time as it has a relatively low glass-transition temperature.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
