It is highly likely that the inside diameter of the extender will need to be reamed out a little to accommodate the ball or removal of the pin and turn the ball down to fit snugly into the extender. Older All Nation engine transmissions may not have #4042 rather a square rod coupling interface in which case the extender will not work.
