Product / Sales / Shipping / Refund Policy
A key purpose of Https://AllNationLine.com is to support the O Scale model builder. Products are sold as is. Prior to using purchased product, the modeler / customer should be well informed on how to use the product and buyer assumes responsibility using the product including all safety measures required for the handling.
All sales are final and no refunds are our standard. Should the user have questions about a product before or after purchase they are responsible to contact Https://AllNationLine.com .
Should a customer purchase an item using Paypal or Credit Card and decide to cancel the order (prior to receiving the item), money will be refunded; however, the Paypal or Credit Card service fee will be subtracted from the total amount refunded because the fee is not refundable once the service is used. In addition, if a customer already received the product, refunds/returns are at the discretion of All Nation; however, it should be in full new condition and the same refund policy applies if Paypal of Credit Cards are used.
The customer is responsible to read all descriptions for products prior to purchase. Customer’s orders will be processed and shipped AFTER payment is received. Once payment is received, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Paypal and credit card payments typically go through instantly.

If a customer chooses to pay by check or money order, All Nation will only process the order after the check/money order is received and cleared at the bank. After the check is cleared the order will be shipped and the customer notified.
If the customer registers on the website Https://AllNationLine.com they will be able to follow the status of their order in their account. Customers are not required to make an account to buy a product; however, status changes in the purchasing process will be sent to the customer via email. Once product is shipped and payment is received, an email will be sent to confirm the sale is complete.

Items are shipped via USPS or other carriers. In some cases there will be tracking numbers; however, in any situation delivery time is based on the carrier. Extended periods of delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances within the carrier processes. Delivery time by carriers are out of the control of All Nation Line; however, we will work closely to ensure that customers receive their product.
