Why should I Choose All Nation Line products?

All Nation Line has been a family owned business and leader in OS2R since 1923.  ANL has a long standing reputation offering high quality products. We pay attention to detail.  We are at the forefront of technology.  Many of our products are manufactured in-house, such as our trucks and transmissions hand crafted right here in our shop in the USA.

How do I know what new items you are putting on the site?

Anytime we have a new product and/or a specific announcement (e.g. our attendance at a meet) you can count on us listing it at What’s New Page.  It is listed on our home page in the top header.

When I order multiple items, the shipping costs seem high? What is your shipping policy to make it more affordable?

From experience, we estimate shipping costs for each individual product.  When customers purchase many items in one order, we bundle the items together to decrease the cost of shipping.  If the customer’s shipping cost greatly exceeds the actual shipping & handling cost, at our discretion, we may partially refund some of the shipping cost to the customer.  Click here to read more on our shipping approach.

I don’t live in the United States, how can I order from your site?

If you are outside the US and would like to make a purchase from ANL, we recommend you contact us by one of three methods above: mail, email or phone. Feel free to send us your wish list. We will put it together and get a shipping estimate for your approval prior to mailing.

Can you give me advice on transmissions?

Absolutely! It’s one of our specialties. Give us a call 570-580-7406 and John will talk with you directly on transmissions and any other O Scale topics.

What if All Nation website doesn’t have what I need?

Contact us as noted above. We have many products not yet on our site. If we don’t have it we can talk about how we can make it happen for you.

How can I talk to someone about parts I might need, repairs that need to be done or questions I have about my engine?

We love talking to hobbyists and modelers. Call us at 570-580-7406 and ask for John Wubbel.  In most cases we can supply the parts and when needed we also provide custom rehab services.

If I want to put something in the Modelers Showcase, how do I go about that?

We love to showcase what our modelers are working on.  Just give us a call (570-580-7406) or send an email to John Wubbel:  jwubbel@allnationline.com    Typically, the modeler provides 1-2 nice photos and a few sentences about the work.  We then list it in the Modeler’s Showcase.

How do I create an account?

Go to “My Account” link at the top of the home page and fill out the form.  Or you can click here My Account.

Is there a printable order form?

What forms of payment do you accept?

If you are ordering through our site, at check out you can choose a check/money order or use Paypal.

We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover); however, you will need to call us to place a credit card order.  Also, when placing an order by credit card we DO NOT retain or store any information regarding that card once the purchase goes through. 

Customer’s orders will be processed and shipped AFTER payment is received.  Once payment is received, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.  Paypal and credit card payments typically go through instantly. 

If a customer chooses to pay by check or money order, All Nation will only process the order after the check/money order is received and cleared at the bank.  After the check is cleared the order will be shipped and the customer notified.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and no refunds are our standard.  Should the user have questions about a product before or after purchase please do contact us at the methods noted above. 

Should a customer purchase an item using Paypal or Credit Card and decide to cancel the order (prior to receiving the item), money will be refunded; however, the Paypal or Credit Card service fee will be subtracted from the total amount refunded because the fee is not refundable once the service is used.  In addition, if a customer already received the product, refunds/returns are at the discretion of All Nation; however, it should be in full new condition and the same refund policy applies if Paypal of Credit Cards are used.

Is my order secure?

All personal and financial information is transmitted using https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using state of the art technology for consumer protection. ANL does not store any personal or financial information.
