Our Shipping Approach

From experience, we estimate shipping costs for each individual product.

When customers purchase many items in one order, we bundle the items together to decrease the cost of shipping.

If the customer’s shipping cost greatly exceeds the actual shipping & handling cost, at our discretion, we may partially refund some of the shipping cost to the customer.

  • Shipping costs include:
    • Basic service charge & extra fees (e.g. USPS, Fed Ex, UPS)
    • Shipping materials and handling

Some items may not have a tracking number if they ship in a basic format.  This approach saves the customer money on shipping; however, many times tracking numbers are issued by the carrier in which case we will provide that number to the customer.

If you live outside of the United States, we are happy to provide an estimate of shipping charges prior to your purchase to help in your decision process; however, all other fees assessed at customs for import purposes would be the responsibility of the customer.
