Diesel F7 Roof (1) Only (with flash) PN#306-7Zinc
A single F7 roof for A or B Units fresh out of the die cast mold. This is for the modeler that likes the DYI method requiring a little filing to clean up the flash and tapping for 4-40 screws to mount the roof to an All Nation body. The holes are already the correct size for tapping the threads. For A Units the roof needs to be trimmed shorter ahead of the front end ventilation slots in the roof. We suggest cutting a little long and then file or put against a belt sander making sure that the material taken off is such that the roof is square. Take it slow and check for fit continuously.
Diesel F7 Left/Right Sides tapped (1 Pair) Only (with flash) PN#305-7 304-7Zinc
Again, for the DYI model builder, these parts are in the rough with the exception that we have drilled and tapped for right and left hand nose bolts that bring the 2 halves together. One would order these parts if replacing or upgrading an older All Nation engine. No other drilling, tapping or flash clean up has been done on these parts.
Diesel F7 End (1) Only (with flash) PN#404Zinc
The standard F7 or F3 engine body ends for either A or B units. Fresh out of the die cast mold, the modeler will have to clean up the flash, not a difficult or long task, and drill clearance holes for the 4-40 screws used to mount the end to the body and the roof.

This option is a complete body kit in the rough with out any detail kits included. The reason or purpose for offering this kit is so the modeler can make all the decisions about the details and drilling necessary to model a particular road. For example, the early C&NW F3s went back to EMD for some rework and when they came back they looked like an F7 but the prime mover was still the F3 power. The middle portal window was removed and side vents were installed and the roof fans had the low profile like an F7. But these were still F3 engines, a unique piece to model.

The assembled model similar to the previous description is assembled with the basic threads tapped for assembly. The engine body is clean of flash and ready as a dummy unpowered model or for installing the All Nation motor and mechanisms.
Assembled, Diesel F7 Ready to Run Single Power Direct Drive Transmission (with Motor) PN#350ANZinc
The Ready-To-Run option is an assembled model with a direct drive powering a single truck. The motor is mounted in the fuel tank. This option is less costly then the tower drive transmissions and it allows for plenty of room in the engine body for the opportunity to install electronics, i.e. DCC or Power On Board. As configured, it runs with power pick up from the rails. (Note: direct drive not shown in photo, but in the assembled engine.)
Assembled, Diesel F7 Ready to Run Single Power Tower Transmission (with Motor) PN#348ANZinc
The Ready-To-Run Single Drive Tower Transmission is a chain drive with our new 3D Printed sprockets in Polycarbonate/ABS blend filament. The tower is mounted to drive the rear truck so that cab detail can be installed if desired. Motor types may vary depending on what we have in stock for assembly purposes. This transmission is shown directly in photo.

Many modelers have older All Nation engines. But, the mechanisms are no longer working. This item is an easy drop in solution to quickly make a dummy engine run or upgrading an existing powered unit. This drop in ready kit works in F7s, F3s and A or B Units.
