Description
For Sale: A precision crafted O Gauge Model Railroad Reference Ruler 1/4″ = Foot. This is a 40′ Scale ruler measuring 256mm long by 26mm wide 4.5mm thick. Unlike old rulers of the past, this 3 dimensional piece modeled in CAD and 3D Printed on a Prusa Printer is made to be a better tool for the 2 Rail or 3 Rail O Scale modeler. The front edge is beveled with the tick marks engraved to improve visibility and accuracy. For best contrast the base is black with white whereby the tick marks are close to the size of pin head for marking brass or other materials. The back edge is also of a different function with the tick marks protruding set on a straight edge platform. As they say measure twice cut once. The numbers are raised and enlarged for better visibility as well. This may ship in different colors such as white with blue markings. Ruler will be in contrasting colors such as white and black or ivory or beige and black.
Sold as is straight off the Prusa Printer built plate, all sales final no returns. PLA is not dishwasher safe and may deform in a hot automobile in the summer time as it has a relatively low glass-transition temperature.
