where the Inside diameter of the non-insulated wheel is reamed to 0.13″ for a press fit while the wheel with the larger hole takes the plastic insert to insulate the wheels for 2 rail DC operation. Our 36″ wheel press tool can be used in a 3 1/2″ vise to press the wheels onto the axles.
