Description
For Sale: All Nation A110 36′ Box Trailer Floor Car body with a slight swayback 3D printed to simulate an older piece of used equipment. After all, interurban trolley freight equipment were of wood construction with truss rods that always did not keep it flat under load. The A110 in the All Nation line was a C&LE piece of equipment. A great starting point for the beginner modeler to build up from scratch a Box Trailer for the Traction layout. The C&LE had round roof flat ends, inside hung doors, truss rods. Similar cars were used by the IRR with an outside door and Indiana Service Corp. with outside doors and lower arch roof. We include an original photo of the Box Trailer from our catalog of many years ago for your reference.
Detail parts are not included with this sale. Included is the top side floor skin and 16 stake pockets in case modeling preference is to have it as a flat car instead of a box car. This is the main component from our kit version as a single piece without the sub-assembly parts because this is very adaptable.
I can also print these with a more severe swayback if so desired by the modeler. The photos display a copper color filament. We may ship in different colors depending on what is in stock.
Sold as is straight off the Prusa Printer built plate, all sales final no returns. PLA is not dishwasher safe and may deform in a hot automobile in the summer time as it has a relatively low glass-transition temperature.
