For Sale: Assembled O Scale 2 Rail 36″ Wheel Set with Journal Box Ball Bearing set & insulators.

2 Wheels with large axle holes
2 Wheels with small axle holes
2 Insulator inserts
2 axles
4 Double Shielded Ball Bearings for the journals (separate for modeler to use when assembling the trucks).
Assembly included pressing the wheels onto the axles with one end insulated using the wheel with the larger hole to accommodate the insulator insert. The ends of the axles are already turned down for use with these bearings.
These journal bearings are metric in size. I use a 3/16” drill bit which is just under sized enough, followed by using a Dremel 1/8” cylinder de-burring tool in my drill press to hand fit the bearing as you want it to be snug in the journal. I also turn down the ends of the axles slightly so that the axle fits snug into the bearing. Only the bearing race should turn in my opinion.
